Australian Garlic selected from Victoria in the year 2000, a beautiful hardneck garlic variety. Large purple/white coloured garlic bulb of excellent size and shape.

Australian Red Garlic has big brownish cloves of excellent flavour. Australian Red Garlic is easy to use with an average of 14 cloves per garlic bulb. A strong vigorous plant which enjoys cold frosty winters and hot summers.
