Tooley Garlic has been vernalising garlic (which means controlling the cold exposure to garlic) since 1996.  Vernalisation is a process used to stimulate natural garlic plant vigour and natural garlic plant health.

Vernalised Australian White Garlic is aimed mainly at people interested in growing garlic but Vernalised Australian White Garlic is suitable for all garlic needs.

Selected from South Australia in the year 1997, this an excellent Californian type soft neck white garlic. Large white/off white coloured garlic bulb of excellent size and shape.

Big white cloves of great flavour, this Australian White Garlic is easy to use with an average of 14 cloves per garlic bulb. A strong garlic plant which is suited to cold frosty winters and hot summers.
